The Ecole Doctorale provides mobility assistance to doctoral students wishing to:
- take part in a scientific event (symposium, conference in France or abroad)
- do a research stay abroadTo
benefit from this assistance, the doctoral student must be financed by his/her laboratory, which includes the amount of financial assistance granted by the ED in its reimbursement.
Follow the procedure (see document below).
The doctoral student must send the Doctoral School:
- a letter/email from the laboratory director approving the trip, or from his or her research supervisor endorsed by the laboratory directorfor
- a research stay: attach the letter of invitationan
- estimate of expenses indicating the share borne by the laboratory, using the downloadable form belowThe
Doctoral School will then indicate the amount of financial assistance granted.
